Following the visit by Asia Rugby President Mr Quais in May 2024 , and a promise by BSF Founder and Asia Wheelchair Rugby President Rodney Holt to the President of Timor-Leste HE Mr Jose Ramos Horta to introduce rugby to Timor-Leste.

We are committed to creating opportunities for everyone to participate in rugby, fostering physical fitness, social connections, and personal growth within our community. Through our collaboration with BSF ASIA, we harness the power of sport and play to drive positive change, improving the lives of persons with disabilities, marginalised, at risk and impoverished in Asia's newest country: Timor-Leste by promoting development, health, and peace. Together, we strive to make rugby a sport for all, breaking barriers and building a more inclusive future.
